Grizzly Salmon Oil All-Natural Dog Food Supplement in Pump-Bottle Dispenser Review

Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)We have a nearly 9 year old Malamute. He has a fabulous coat of hair but was starting to get chronic skin problems. The salmon oil cured him. The results were quick (within a month). The only "special" advice I would offer is KEEP IT REFRIGERATED. Our malamute is obsessively food-centric... he will eat almost anything; but when the last of the large bottle I was storing at room temperature (mid sixties) went rancid he refused his kibble. I made the mistake of buying 4 large bottles all at once. I suggest you get them one at a time and keep it refrigerated (even though it says you can keep it at room temperature).

Instinct Grain-Free Salmon Meal Formula for Dogs, 25.3-Pound Package Review

Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)My dog's love this flavor of dog food, and I am most comfortable feeding them this one because fish oils are so much healthier than animal fats. There is some fish smell to the food, of course, but not too bad. If you have a sealed food container, which you should anyway for a large bag like this, it will keep the smell inside. This product is also grain free and is overall full of great ingredients. This is a company than can be trusted. Go to ['] for more information about this food. Amazon has the best price I've seen for this, especially when you consider the price for subscribe and save.

Wellness Canned Dog Food for Adult Dogs, Simple Food Solutions Salmon and Rice Formula (Pack of 12 12.5 Ounce Cans) Review

Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)I've been feeding this dog food to my older female pug for several months now. In the fall of this year she began to experience allergy related skin and stomach issues. These allergies resulted in excessive licking and nibbling at her feet as well as occasional throwing up. She hasn't thrown up since she started eating this food, and overall her skin issues have lessened (that could be a result of the change in seasons as well). She is always excited to eat her food, but what pug isn't? I mean they're always hungry right? Also, as she never seems to drink enough water, I'm glad she's getting some moisture as part of this soft food as well. The only thing I find displeasing out this product is that we buy it in cases, and the cans frequently arrive dented. I wouldn't buy dented cans for my own food, for fear of the food being tainted in some way. So I feel a little nervous feeding my dog some of these dented cans. Oh well, she seems fine thus far and the smell and look of the food is fairly consistent, so we're going to stick with this food for now.

Wellness Simple Solutions Rice and Lamb Formula Dog Food, 26-Pound Bag Review

Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)we thought lily,at only 6 years of age, had about a year left to live - she was that weak and sickly. we wondered how our beautiful, strong german shepherd had failed so quickly. we decided that we had nothing to lose and perhaps it'd make her last days or months more pleasant if we took her off her natural supplements (glucosamine, msm, yucca), as well her pharmaceuticals. at the same time, we decided to change her dry dog food from a well-known brand we got at the supermarket to a more natural one. we did research and decided on Wellness Simple Solutions. we chose this one specifically because it had so few ingredients. lily was having alot of g.i. problems - she frequently vomited and it contained alot of mucus;she was itching alot and developed very scaly patches on her skin. she was a mess! her zest for life was disappearing. But, that was 3 months ago! lily no longer vomits; her itching has improved 85% or more; her coat is shiny and beautiful (people admire her wherever she goes); she goes on 45 min. leash or free walks/runs now, where just 3 mos. ago she was only able to go 15-20 mins. i attribute Much of her recovery to Wellness. it's so gratifying to see her feeling so Well again!

Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)Our six year-old black Lab had gradually developed a serious case of large, white, dandruff-like flakes that stubbornly resisted brushing and washing. Her problem disappeared completely within a few weeks of adding this Anchovy Fish Oil to her food daily. We have re-ordered several times now, and are very satisfied with this product.

Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)I have a dog with severe allergies we have been fighting for years. The vets always recommend mass produced allergy formulas like science diet. I can't stomach feeding my dog that type of garbage. But simple is a good alternative, made with quality ingredients and the dogs love it too. Great product!!

Alaskan Bear Treats Wild-Alaskan Salmon Oil for Dogs Review

Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)My dog was experiencing horrific allergy's. He would scratch at his face so much that he actually got a corneal ulcer in his eye. The vet told me to try salmon oil, and it was not available at any of our local pet stores. It was a lot cheaper than some other places that were selling the product online. Absolutely a most have for doggie allergy sufferers.

Halo, Spot's Stew for Dogs, Succulent Salmon, 5.5-Ounce, 12-Cans Review

Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)I tried to switch my pug puppy to this food from another holistic brand and found it too rich for her. She started throwing it back up in just an hour or so after eating a very small amount of it. I switched her to WELLNESS Just for Puppy Holistic Nutrition. She has done very well with this. They also guarantee it or your money back. Price is comparable with Halo.

Wild Alaskan Dog Food Supplement, Salmon Oil, Omega-3, 32-Ounce Plastic Jar Review

Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)I have purchased this product in a specialty pet store, in a much smaller bottle, for a higher price. What a GREAT surprise it was to find it here, for the price I paid.
This product is wonderful for my Schnauzer's skin and coat. He had such dry skin, but when I put (1 squirt) this, twice a day in his food, he stopped itching, and his coat became shiny again.
THANK YOU!!!

Taste of the Wild Dry Dog Food, Pacific Stream Canine Formula with Smoked Salmon, 30-Pound Bag Review

Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)I have been feeding this food for several months to my 9-year old "allergy" Lab. He is doing wonderfully on it. Shiny coat, good muscle... and best of all... no more ear infections! He seems to love the taste. I would highly recommend this food to people whose dogs have allergies to grains, peas, chicken, beef, ...etc. Actually, I think it's a great food for dogs without allergies, too. My non-allergic bullmastiff is doing very well on it.

Halo Spot's Stew Natural Dry Dog Food, Puppy, Wild Salmon Recipe, 3-Pound Bag Review

Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)I've bought several small bags of different types of food, and this is my puppy's favorite. It has a slightly fishy odor, but whenever she catches a whiff, she gets excited, like I'm giving her a bowl of pure cookies. I notice that my dog seems to fill up on less of this type of food, so it may almost be worth the expense. I may still try to vary this and a few other types of food, but I plan to always have some salmon Spot's Stew on hand.
One caveat-- this food gives my little pug ATOMIC FARTS. Last night I brought her to a party, and gave her a small container of Spot's Stew to munch. On the way home, I had to leave the windows of the car rolled all the way down, as my adorable little puppy, so cute curled up on the passenger seat, was erupting wave after wave of nostril-burning, noxious, silent-but-deadlies. Her actual poop isn't so bad-- solid and easy to pick up. But I will not be feeding this to my dog before sharing a small space or meeting in-laws again!
