(More customer reviews)i love this oil. i've tried others but they have a strong fish odor, this one doesn't. the pump could be improved as it seems to leak a bit, but i sit it in a dish to keep the counter clean. my dogs coats and skin look great! less shedding and less itching! we also add a pinch of MSM (for horses, look for 1 lb containers, it'll last a lifetime) the dogs don't even taste it and it really takes away the itchy paw licking.

(More customer reviews)We have a nearly 9 year old Malamute. He has a fabulous coat of hair but was starting to get chronic skin problems. The salmon oil cured him. The results were quick (within a month). The only "special" advice I would offer is KEEP IT REFRIGERATED. Our malamute is obsessively food-centric... he will eat almost anything; but when the last of the large bottle I was storing at room temperature (mid sixties) went rancid he refused his kibble. I made the mistake of buying 4 large bottles all at once. I suggest you get them one at a time and keep it refrigerated (even though it says you can keep it at room temperature).

Another little boy came into rescue with terrible skin problems which have not returned since started on this product. I gave it a 4 rather than 5 star rating bc the pumps never seem to work correctly - they leak and can be very messy. But this stuff has passed the taste test and seems to get the job done.
