I am delighted with the results! I am using it with all four of my German Shepherds. First, I noticed that they are not shedding or scratching near as much. Their coats are beautiful. They can't wait to eat their food. It's a supplement I will continue to use for a long time and recommend it without hesitation!

Flax Fur Pets Review

Flax Fur Pets
Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)
I am almost done with my first jar of this product. I was surprised to see such a difference in my dogs. I have a Lab with dry skin, a Sheltie with allergies and an older "poodly" dog. I started giving all of them Flax Fur Pets in their food. Not only do they seem to enjoy the taste, the Sheltie's allergies seem to have improved, my Lab's fur is shinier and softer, less itchy and my oldest Rocky seems friskier. I know it sounds like "miracle" hype but I haven't changed anything else in their care.
The safety and therefore the origin of products is always a concern of mine. The company owner was kind enough to call me back and assure me that everything except the kelp is safe and domestically produced. The kelp is Norwegian and safe as well. If you visit her site you'll find she cares as much about pets as good, responsible people do.
I don't know the manufacturer but I thank her for making this product.

Solid Gold D-Zyme Digestive Enzyme Powder Supplement for Dog and Cats, 6oz Review

Solid Gold D-Zyme Digestive Enzyme Powder Supplement for Dog and Cats, 6oz
Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)
A friend who is active in dog rescue and has owned a lot of dogs over the years recommended this product to me for my new female Doberman who, at the time, was practically gassing me out of my house. I had already switched my dog to a no-grain diet plus daily doses of wild Alaskan salmon oil since she has various skin issues associated with blue Dobermans as well as a thyroid condition. This product did the trick - almost immediately, she became less gassy! She's been on this supplement for 6 months now and I can say, without doubt, that it helped her (and me!) immensely. She eats it willingly, the jar lasts a long time (I did reduce the dosage to once a day, fed in her evening meal), has no odor or side effects that I can see. As always, I would recommend first altering your dog's diet first to a premium food as opposed to the "grocery store" brands (check out the Whole Dog Journal publication for recommendations) but if that doesn't work and your vet has ruled out any medical condition, definitely give this product a try!

Prozyme 454gm Review

Prozyme 454gm
Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)
I have a Shepherd/Labrador mix who will be 15 years old in May 2009. In his prime, he weighed 72 lbs. At his most recent vet check in October 2008 he had dropped to 51 lbs. He had also picked up three habits he had never displayed in his entire life - begging at the table, rooting through the trash and eating his own feces.
The vet explained that although his senior bloodwork was normal, his body was not processing the nutrients in his food so he was looking for sustenance. To put it bluntly - he was starving himself to death. My vet recommended Prozyme.
After almost two months on Prozyme, Galahad has gained three pounds. He doesn't hover at the table or nose through the trash and he doesn't scour the yard for his own droppings. His appetite for regular food has even improved.
I would definitely recommend Prozyme.

Eagle Pack Holistic Transition Supplement for Dogs & Cats Review

Eagle Pack Holistic Transition Supplement for Dogs and Cats
Average Reviews:

One of my greyhounds was having an awful time with loose stools and gas that could curl your hair. I had tried gently switching between foods (started by mixing in a little of the new food into the old and progressing from there) and yogurt...and well just about everything I could to help him. I saw this new product one day and gave it a shot. With in 48 hours my greyhound had firmed up stools and the gas was barely there. Since then I have sprinkled some of this over his food whenever things start going awry in his intestines and tummy. Each time it has helped him in a very short time. I don't know if it will work for everyone, but it sure seemed to preform nothing short of a miracle for my hound. Follow the instructions on the bottle - feed the amount perscribed once a day and hopefully it will help your hound out too.

Wysong C-Biotic Canine Food Supplement for Dogs Review

Wysong C-Biotic Canine Food Supplement for Dogs
Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)
This wonderful stuff has made such a difference for both our dogs. We have used it for about 4 years. Our younger dog frequently had runny stools - the vet often put him on powerful anti-biotics for the diahrea. Since I started adding a tablespoon of this to all his meals, he can eat anything (including raw meat) with no loose stools, ever! (My dogs are currently eating primarily a fresh food diet that I prepare.) A vet suggested Wysong C-biotic for the pro-biotics, but I believe it also has digestive enzymes that our dog may have been missing. Our older dog had terrible allergies. She was on a variety of meds and even received regular allergy shots. Adding this to her meals made a significant difference. It didn't make sense to me, but her old vet (who is not very holistic) said it made perfect sense. The immune system is based in the gut, and it is the immune system that goes haywire and creates allergies. Getting the old dog's digestive track working better helped her immune system work more normally. (Not to say her allergies are gone, but it is as helpful as many of the other things we do for her.) The dogs love the taste of it too!

I've been using Missing Link for all my horses for well over a decade. It seems to maintain gut health, reduce the likelihood of ulcers and colic - AND the horses' coats look great. Every horse in the barn has a shiny coat with dapples.

Wild Alaskan Dog Food Supplement, Salmon Oil, Omega-3, 32-Ounce Plastic Jar Review

Wild Alaskan Dog Food Supplement, Salmon Oil, Omega-3, 32-Ounce Plastic Jar
Average Reviews:

I have purchased this product in a specialty pet store, in a much smaller bottle, for a higher price. What a GREAT surprise it was to find it here, for the price I paid.
This product is wonderful for my Schnauzer's skin and coat. He had such dry skin, but when I put (1 squirt) this, twice a day in his food, he stopped itching, and his coat became shiny again.
THANK YOU!!!

Wysong Call of the Wild Supplement for Dogs and Cats Review

Wysong Call of the Wild Supplement for Dogs and Cats
Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)
I've used this product for 10 years with my Labrador Retriever. She has been on it since she was a pup. She grew two inches taller than her siblings after about a year, and, has been perfectly healthy all of her life. She is show quality (although she is just my beloved pet). Her coat is shiny; her muscle tone and heart are that of a two-year-old; and, her eyes sparkle. Everyone comments on how beautiful and athletic she is even at age.
I just acquired an Akita Inu puppy, and, started him on this stuff right away, with fresh meat, and, salmon (also fresh goat milk I get from a goat farmer). Each day, he gets a minimum of 1 quart of fresh goat milk, 8 ounces of salmon Roland Pink Salmon, 7.5-Ounce can (Pack of 6), a pound of "Soujorner" and a half of pound of natural beef mixed with "Call of the Wild."
Soujorner is a dry dog food that you mix with hot water, and, fresh meat (about 8 ounces of natural beef for the puppy). Sojos Original Dog Food Mix, 40 lb It is designed as a healthy fresh meat supplement. (The concept originated in Europe). I also mix in about 30% of Soujorner dried vegetables. Sojos Europa Grain Free Dry Dog Food Mix. The Soujorner acts as a filler, and, as quick carbohydrate for energy (it is mostly rolled oats and there are many subsitutes in the market).
Akita Inus (Japanese bred Akitas) are actually an extinct species of wolf. My Akita Inu puppy is growing (with my approval) to about 35% larger size than his Father (who was raised with Puppy Chow and regular dog stuff). I attribute the increase in the realization of his genetic potential to the fresh foods the puppy is receiving, and, at least in part, "Call of the Wild."
What the "Call of the Wild" does is populate the animal's intestinal tract with the pro-biotics (flora) and enzymes necessary for the animal (especially an Akita) to extract all of the nutrients from the fresh food (such as the goat milk, salmon and beef). This concept is known as "bio-availability".
The increased bio-availability for the animal allows it to constantly, over time, extract the nutrients from food, that it needs, to reach its maximum genetic potential. Without a supplement like Call of the Wild, an animal can have the best diet in the world, and, not be getting the nutrients it needs because it can't extract the nutrients without the enzymes and micro-organisms necessary to break it down in its digestive tract. Call of the Wild provides those enzymes and micro-organisms.
Call of the Wild is the best supplement I could find of its kind. It is designed to be mixed with hydrated dry dog food, fresh meat or fish, and, that should take care of any taste problems for both cats and dogs.
Try this stuff. In the long term, you will have an amazing animal as your friend and companion.

3-PACK Joint Treats (180 Soft Chews) + FREE BONIES TREAT Review

Average Reviews:

My shitzu is 10 years old she was starting to limp when she got up from sleeping. I started giving her these treats once a day and after about a week the limp was gone. She likes them very much (but not as much as greenies those seem to be dog crack). They smell good and I am happy that she eats them since I bought 3 containers of them. Looks like they are helping her. Now if I could find something to help my joint pain that would be great.
