(More customer reviews)This diet is better than many others, don't get me wrong, but I believe it is best supplemented with other foods such as 8-1 ultimate crunchy in like a 3:1 ratio (1 being the zupreem), because this diet makes my ferret's poop really sticky and soft and harder to clean up.

(More customer reviews)This is the ONLY dog food my Shepherd mix will eat. For the 2 reviews above, your dogs are unique and prob. have an intolerance. Evo is a wonderful food, Eukanuba has MANY things that are horrible for your dog to eat. Evo has NO corn or by-products which are very bad for dogs. It is a high protein food so its not great for 7+ year old dogs but wonderful for normal adult dogs. Perfect for dogs with grain allergies. Whenever looking for food stay away from dog foods with ANY corn or by-products. Eukanuba and Iams are CONSTANTLY recalling their food. I work at a local pet shop and in the past year they have had recalls 5+ times, no other food has been recalled.

Felidae Canned Cat Food for Adult Cats and Kittens, Grain Free Formula (Pack of 12 13 Ounce Cans) Review

(More customer reviews)I've been feeding Wellness grain free for a couple years now with great results for my 3 cats. I believe the cost of a top quality food is well worth it in healthy, happy cats and reduced vet bills, but still the cost of Wellness has been prohibitive. I was excited to see Felidae had a grain free formula in the larger sized cans, and for a much lower price, so I am trying it. Just switched them over this week, so far so good. The bowls have been licked clean, and while I questioned the whole peas when I saw them, they weren't left in the bowl. The ingredients and quality of the Felidae seems comparable to the Wellness, so unless I find information indicating otherwise (and I've been looking), I think we'll stick with Felidae.

(More customer reviews)I have 2 very picky eater cats (2.5 y/o). Tried few different healthy dry foods, and this seemed to be their favorite - dove right into the bag, the second we opened it (never happened before, with any other food).
A lot of times they choose it over the canned food - which they love! We also noticed that their coat got very glossy and silky. We get a lot of compliments :) Thanks Wilderness!

(More customer reviews)At first changing foods can be tricky with cats but after a week or two they stand in the kitchen with excitement waiting for it and love the food. I like the ingredients in it and feel I am am feeding them something better. One of my cats had a hard time with other foods (blood in her stool) but it gone since starting this food. My only compliant is Amazon does a poor job shipping it. A heavy 12 pack of cans with almost no packaging and thin box arrives damaged or even smashed so hard some of the cans had been smashed open. But they were quickly replaced, just a hassle.

Innova EVO Dry Ferret Food Review

They do not digest fiber well, and excess carbs in their diet is the most likely reason that we see such a high incidence of insulinoma in the USA (and other places where ferrets are fed kibble diets). The standard ferret (including zupreem or 8 in 1 ultimate) or cat food is estimated to contain upwards of 30% carbs!!! A ferret's natural diet (from looking at their cousin, the european polecat, from which Mustello furo is essentially genetically indistinguishable) should be mostly protein and fat, *very* low carb. Innova evo is guaranteed to be under 10% carbs, and it has the protein and fat that my fuzzies need to stay healthy. I can't recommend this food enough. I mix this food with Totally Ferret baby (which is the only TF food I really prefer...42% protein, less than 6% carbs, no corn, which is allergenic for many ferrets). If you don't want to order IE on the internet, you can go to their website and look for local retailers. My local natural pet food store will order a bag for me and not charge me shipping.

I don't feed it to them everyday being the cost is up there, but they know where it is and they ask for it every opportunity they get! I am very pleased that this is a quality food that we can depend on. Just wish it was sold in larger quantities and a little more resonable price.

EVO Dog 95% Meat Venison Canned Dog Food Review
