Buster Food Cube Interactive Dog Toy (Colors Vary) Review

Buster Food Cube Interactive Dog Toy (Colors Vary)
Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)
I bought a mini buster cube for my miniature dachshund to help build up his rear leg muscles a few months after he had back surgery. All I had to do was put a few pieces of his dry dog food in it and he figured it out quick. It's 7 years later and it's still his favorite toy. He can even pick it up with his mouth and carry it around the house. He puts it in his dog house and bangs it around for hours. He literally plays by himself and keeps busy all day in the yard too. He doesn't even care that I stopped putting food in it years ago. I had a few of these break after wear from the rocks in my last yard but I keep about 5 at a time in my house in case the company decides not to make them anymore. I bought one for my friend's pomeranian and he doesn't stop playing with it either. He now has two.

I had always purchased these biscuits for my two shih tzu's at our local walmart super center until they decided not to carry them any longer to my frustration! But I should have known there isnt any product that I cannot find on Amazon.. ( I love Amazon!) I do not know what everyone else pays for these, but compared to what I was paying at Walmart, this is such a great deal!

KONG Genius Mike Dog Toy, Colors vary Review

KONG Genius Mike Dog Toy, Colors vary
Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)
I have a small (12 pounds), fat dachsund who, when he smells foods seeks and destroys anything in its path. I have a couple of the standard Kong toys and he hasn't chipped off, broken or otherwise chewed through them. This, however, within the first couple days of having, he chewed off small bits of it. Certainly not anything big enough to hurt him (smaller than a pencil eraser), but anything being broken off isn't good. Not sure if I got a defective one since I've only had excellent results with other Kong toys, but be careful with this one for small pieces coming off.

We purchased this yesterday and it didn't take long for our dog, Einstein to figure it out. It's a great way to keep them busy. We put treats in it for the first go, but today he's having his breakfast via the Bob-A-Lot.
The video I've attached is his first encounter with the Bob-A-Lot. Now he's a pro in less than a day!

Nylabone Healthy Edibles Sweet Potato Bones, Regular Size, Triple Pack Review

Nylabone Healthy Edibles Sweet Potato Bones, Regular Size, Triple Pack
Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)
Our dog LOVED the edible bone, and the floppier brown rubber bone was a favorite for a long time. The floppy brown bone survied her puppy teeth with almost no damage. The white bone is really stiff and hard, almost plastic feeling, and she had no interest in it then and as she has aged, doesn't like it now either. She ignores it completely, not even bothering to bury it in the backyard, which is her favorite thing to do with all her treats and toys. Maybe other dogs will like it better. 2 out of 3 bones were great!

Premier Busy Buddy Kibble Nibble Dog Toy Review

Premier Busy Buddy Kibble Nibble Dog Toy
Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)
This is a great toy for dogs. It is durable and my dogs keep playing with it after the food is all gone. Like one of the other reviews said, the holes are large but if you put a tennis ball in with the food is inhibits the food from going out the holes as fast. Also I have found if you put a ball with a bell inside of it instead of food it will keep your dog busy for hours. They can't get it out but boy do they try. I have three border collies and ONE of these toys and my boys are very aggressive at play. After a month this toy barely looks used and I use it every other day. Again, great toy and it is big enough to put other things in it besides food.

Atomic Treat Ball - 3" Review

Atomic Treat Ball - 3
Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)
My Australian Shepherd eats every meal out of his Molecuball. It helps get some of his energy out and stimulates his brain a bit. The shape of the ball makes it a little trickier to get out food than other treat balls. Doggie has to work for it! However, he has gotten very good at getting his kibble out quite fast. He carries the ball around everywhere hoping I will continue to feed him.
This ball is extremely durable and makes minimal noise. It can roll on the carpet. It is a softer plastic, not a hard, noisy plastic...like some similar treat balls on the market.

We call this kitty crack because we can literally get our cats to do anything for it. If they won't come in at night, we shake the bottle and they come running. They jump up on the chair and sit up for a small piece. It is nice to have some kind of control over this uncontrollable species!

Nutro Ultra Dry Puppy Food Review

Nutro Ultra Dry Puppy Food
Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)
We stuck with the food our chihuahua puppy was getting at the pet store (I just couldn't find the right pup for adoption so went to a petstore). I always heard people saying that it's not good to switch their foods.
When my husband did try to buy another brand at a local grocery store, our pup did NOT want to eat it. That food basically went to waste. I gave this brand 4 stars because our pup is very vigorous, healthy and has a beautiful shiny coat. I really do believe that Nutro Ultra is giving me a healthy puppy and am very likely to continue to purchase this brand.

Premier Pet Waggle Dog Toy Review

Premier Pet Waggle Dog Toy
Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)
This toy has provided countless hours of enjoyment for our dog. We have a 65lb labrador greyhound mix. She eats most toys and is not fond of kongs once the stuffing is out (but she is not able to eat the kongs beyond the soft puppy one). This toy is great because the hole is small, yet there are little prongs you can cut to make the toy less challenging. I think she enjoys the noise the treats make inside the balls. Larger treats of course take her longer to get out, but stuffing it with her food works just fine most of the time. She realyl enjoys all of the Busy Buddy products - Squirel Dude is great but the saucer got old quickly for her.

IAMS Savory Sauce for Puppies Review

It seems that whenever I need to order this product, one or more of the flavors is not available. That means that often I'm forced to purchase untested (by my dogs) flavors I would normally pass on.
Where is this product headed? Will it be available at all soon? IAMS needs to make up their mind as to whether they are going to continue this product or not.

Omega Paw Tricky Treat Ball Review

Omega Paw Tricky Treat Ball
Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)
This treat ball is probably not for every dog, but our 8 month old Shiba Inu puppy absolutely adores it and so do we. Our trainer recommended that we use a treat ball as a way to challenge our puppy and focus his energy on something "productive" (for him, at least). This does the trick better than any other similar product. It is very durable yet (unlike a Buster Cube) soft enough that nothing gets damaged as it rolls into walls, chairs and the like. We use it for half of his kibble at each meal. After about 4 weeks of daily use, our ball is starting to show signs of wear but we have gotten far more use out of this than any other "toy" we've purchased.
Our puppy is a high energy, very food motivated, tough-chewing, smart little guy who can get treats out of his Kong and open the child gate in under 5 minutes. But while this treat ball requires patience, our normally "A.D.D." puppy will persistently push this ball around the kitchen until he gets every last piece of kibble out. That can take 20-30 minutes. The ball does not make a good "chew toy" for a tough chewer (like our dog, who can chew off the top of a red Kong), however. We make sure to take it away after he empties it. Otherwise, it would never have lasted this long.

Aikiou Interactive Dog Feeder Blue Review

Aikiou Interactive Dog Feeder Blue
Average Reviews:

My dog tends to eat very fast. I also believe that dogs should have jobs and work for their food to keep their brain active and healthy. I stumbled upon this and almost didn't buy it. I am so glad that I did. It takes him much longer to get through his meal (I put his morning wet food in it) and he doesn't burp like he does when gobbling down his meals from the bowl. Easy to clean. Well made. It is plastic, which is fine for me. Great toy. I plan on buying more like this.

Bought this for our chesapeake bay retriever...he managed to destroy other plastic bowls within months. We've had this one for over a year and it still looks perfect. He still drags it out in the yard and attempts, but there really isn't anywhere for him to get a hold of it to start chewing. We loved this bowl so much, shortly afterwards we bought another one for our choc lab!

Buster Food Cube Large Size (Colors May Vary) Review

Buster Food Cube Large Size (Colors May Vary)
Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)
We have a Buster cube, a Pawprints giggle treat ball, and several Kongs (and similar toys). Our smart mutt (who seems to be some kind of herding dog) loves this toy. I pull it out whenever he seems bored or depressed. It has never failed to cheer him up. He immediately starts playing with the cube, usually for 15 minutes to about 40 minutes at a time.
Our lab has never figured the Buster Cube out, though. We bought a Pawprints treat ball (easier to use than the Buster Cube) for the lab but he chewed it up to get the treats out instead of hitting it around. (He did learn to hit the Pawprints treat ball around after we taped the hole he chewed in it but he gives up pretty quickly.)
Our mutt likes all kinds of treat toys but he likes the Buster Cube the best bc it's the most challenging. He'll play with it for about a while, then come back later (if we put more treats in ;). He likes the other treat cubes, too, but generally gets bored with them faster than he does the Buster Cube.
The cube is very durable. We've had the same one for several years. Our lab hasn't chewed through the Buster Cube in the 3 years we've had the lab, even though he destroys most dog toys (even the TireBiter toys), sometimes in a minute or two.
Downsides: the toy is noisy on hardwood or tile floors. Also, the dog bangs it into walls, furniture, etc. It's hard to clean and hard to open. I don't bother to open it, i just pour treats in the middle, shake them through the hole, and turn the cube several times.
Overall, an excellent toy for smart dogs who don't mind working for a treat. Your dog will probably either love it or ignore it. If your dog likes challenges, go for it. S/he'll probably play with this toy for hours.
