(More customer reviews)Dog Loves 'em, what else is there to say? The resealable bag keeps the product fresh. We break up the Beggin Strips into smaller pieces and hide them around the house as the dog (Standard Poodle) seems to love the challenge of the hunt.
We pretty much limit the dog to only 2 of these a day so as to reduce spoiling her and any adverse health risks.
Great product as we have used these for years.

Bil-Jac Premium Liver Treats for Dogs Review

(More customer reviews)My dogs love these treats, and I do buy them occasionally because they are cheap and perched at the check-out counter of our local garden/feed store. But check out the ingredient list-- I don't think anyone can feel good about feeding their dog high-fructose corn syrup! Just not the healthiest option-- when so many of our dogs are overweight, it seems better to feed them a real liver treat, versus this product which is "made with liver".
My dogs absolutely love Pro-Treat Beef Liver, Freeze Dried 14 Ounce (the larger size packages are more economical). I just feel a lot better about feeding real freeze-dried liver that doesn't have all the extra junk in Bil-Jac liver treats.
Specifically, these treats have chicken "by-products"-- that means liquid slaughterhouse run-off and other non-human grade leftovers from the slaughterhouse. UGH! Bil-Jac also includes three preservatives, glycerin (?!), and the corn syrup.

(More customer reviews)These must be really delicious because my 11 month old puppy goes crazy for them. More than once, I left a piece in my jacket pocket by accident and found my dog chewing the pocket to get to them. They seem natural - the only ingredient listed is "Chicken Breast".
I use them for training and they are very effective. I only wish they were sliced a bit thinner before they were roasted because they are really difficult to break up into smaller pieces.
The first bag was a gift from a friend, but we will get them again.

How disappointing to receive the product and find that it was several months past the date stamped on the packaging. As a longtime Amazon shopper I was surprised...I have come to expect great delivery and quality product. I won't order the blue again from this source.

Charlee Bear Dog Treats 16Oz Zip Pack Liver Review

(More customer reviews)I bought these because they are low calorie, so I can stuff a bunch into Poodle's treat puzzles without feeling guilty. He LOVES the cheese flavor (the only one I have tried so far). He stays quiet when being groomed if given liberal amounts of them. Great amount in the bag for the price too. According to their page on FaceBook, they are only 3 calories per treat. In the video you can see Poodle getting treats out of a bottle, it is a mix of kibble, some Costless Pet Treats Duck Breast Fillets, 32-Ounce and Charlee Bear Cheese and Egg treats. You can see that the treats fit whole into the opening of the bottle, so they are not all that big. This is a fun way to get him some mental exercise and I watch him so he doesn't chew up the bottle.

I opened the bag and was immediately greeted by the pleasant minty smell. I gave my dog three which he scarfed down. About ten minutes afterwards my husband decided to do a "breath check" on our poodle. After opening our dogs mouth and taking a whiff he said, and I quote, "There is a considerable improvement." I plan to give these to him daily and with a bag this size, it will last me several months. It's win-win, my dog gets a tasty treat and now I won't have to start brushing his teeth for him. :)

But this 14oz bag came busted up and the treats are a bigger size than the size in a smaller bag. The treats were really brittle and broke easily. (More customer reviews)Our dogs love these peanut butter carrot trests. They are small and easy to break apart and chew. They work great as training treats. We have purchased Robbie Dawg treats in the reusable jars (cute gifts!) and reusable tins (these are great too for travel). This version of the product came in a box with a sealed inner plastic bag. Which is fine except the inner plastic sealed bag on the last two boxes we have purchases comes ripped open. All the treats fall out in the bottom of the box. I ended up transferring them to another container.
They do not contain wheat or any animal by-products. Very healthy dog treats and our dogs seem to love them!!

(More customer reviews)I am very particular about what I feed my 7 pound Maltese and generally don't give him commercially made food or treats after so many pet food scares. However, these are made with "real" food, and I would feel safe eating them myself (although I don't!). Charly likes them and I feel good giving them to him. They're a bit bigger than I need for my little guy, so I break them up a bit. They break easily enough that I can give him 1/4 to 1/2 at a time as a treat.

(More customer reviews)these "duckie treats" are wonderful. Our ten year old Chesapeake Bay Retriever developed food allergies and is now on a very restricted diet. Gone are his old dog bones and his favorite treat of a bit of bread (yes, he's a bread dog). With his "duckie treats" he barely notices that he's missing out on his bread, or we can at least distract him. He absolutely loves them. The only complaint is that the biscuits are rather small for a big dog; he usually gets two at a time. But overall this is a really really great product.
