(More customer reviews)I switched to this food to try and eliminate food allergies. After spending hundreds of dollars at the vet for my dog who wouldn't stop licking his paws raw. Within 3 weeks he stopped licking and his hair stopped falling out. I also mixed this dry food with EVO 95% venison in a can. I took about a week to slowly switch over to the new food. So now his only protein was venison and all grain free. The food is expenspensive but cheaper than weekly vet visits and giving him steroids/sprays/baths. Make sure you don't give your dog anything else like rawhides, treats or table food.

But just recently, I noticed a dramatic difference in their "poop" quality when I brought home large biscuits as opposed to their usual Medium biscuits. If I fed them large, they'd get bad diarrhea.Then I'd bring them to the kennel for a week.... they wouldn't be on milkbones there, and they'd come home all happy and their poop was solid. But as soon as I started giving them milkbones again, they'd get diarrhea again. So I decided to look on the label of the box..... the fourth ingredient listed (next to wheat flour, corn, and chicken BYPRODUCTS) was DRIED DIGESTIVE CHICKEN BYPRODUCTS. Isn't that dried chicken poop?? Or perhaps dried chicken vomit?? Needless to say, my dogs are eating these anymore....

Purina Busy Bone Small Medium Pouch, 21-Ounce Review

(More customer reviews)I got a free package of busy bones with the purchase of beggin' strips with a coupon a couple weeks ago. I gave one to my dog expecting her to eat it up in a couple hours. To my surprise, she didn't. She ran around the house obsessing over the bone, hiding it. The next day, she brought it outside and buried it out in the yard- something she has never done before. After a couple days, she stopped being so obsessive, but played with it every day. She eventually did eat it after a week and I gave her the second from the package. I probably wouldn't buy another unless it was free, but I don't have anything against these.
As for other reviews about dogs getting hurt with these- I haven't personally seen it with my dog, and I am sorry you had a bad experience.

(however they have since changed the name on the Amazon website to 12" Best Bully Sticks - 25 Piece Package). I feel that the original description, "Thick Select" was very misleading. I expected "Thick" Bully Sticks but I'm lucky if they are even 1/4 inch at best not the 1/2 to 1 inch as described. My dog goes through them within 10 minutes verses 30 mins. I have to say I will not be purchasing anymore Bully Sticks from BBS, Inc or Amazon. As I suggested to BBS, the "Thick" was removed from the description on the website however for me it's a day late and a dollar short.

(More customer reviews)I buy this food for my 2 dogs, Charlie (a 5yr old, 30lb mutt) and Lilly (a 14yr old, 10lb Pomeranian). They both LOVE it, I feed them several different varieties of Merrick (canned) and they really like them all, but Wilderness Blend seems to be at the top of both dogs list. It's a very good quality food, and I like the fact that it includes meat that is not part of their normal diet. I can tell that my dogs really enjoy this food, and I enjoy giving it to them, because it's also healthy. My 14yr old Pom is a VERY picky eater, and she loves all the varieties of (canned) Merrick, I can't put the bowl down fast enough for her (lol). I know that I will continue to buy this food for my dogs for as long as I can.

Although I am already diligent as a pet parent of eight, and none of the foods we use were recalled, I still felt I wanted to go even MORE natural. In doing this research, I found out that not only does Newman's company make salad dressing, as we all know, but ALSO a VAST variety of human and pet treats as well! :)
I got a great deal through Amazon on this pack of six bags, so I got two flavors and sizes for my dogs. They are ALL natural, and when you touch them yourself and feel the texture, and see the actual oats and cheese or whatnot for yourself, you will be so happy you are feeding them to your pet instead of crap food. People have no idea just how awful most name brand pet food is and that it is really like the equivalent of feeding junk food to their kids for every meal. But it's not our faults when pet food companies are abusing our trust.
Get these treats. You and your pets will be healthier for it . . . physically, mentally, spiritually.
