(More customer reviews)I've had this automatic feeder for 2 years. It works great and has eliminated the screaming my cat used to do before meals. Now she just sits in front of the feeder and waits for it to go off. It holds 6 meals (but one is exposed so it really only has 5 meals). The cover rotates to expose a new meal every 6, 12, or 24 hours. My cat has been very abusive to the machine (because she can smell the food in it) however she has not been able to break the cover or get to any of the other food compartments. If you do force the machine to go backwards the motor will kick on and rotate the cover back to the correct position. My only real problem with the feeder is that the motor is quite loud and drains the battery very quickly. Also as a note, there is no way to set the hour on the feeder, it just goes off 6,12, or 24 hours after you turned it on. So if you want it to always go off at 7am you would need to turn the power on at 7am/pm the first time.

(More customer reviews)I have tried a lot of different portable dog bowls because I have a service dog who goes everywhere with me and this one is definitely the best. I've had the ones that are bags and those are just not good. They are SO hard to clean because the dog's spit and any water gets in all the crevices and it gets smelly very quickly. I've had one that was kind of wallet0-like and folds flat, which was great for food but if you wanted to put water in it and weren't able to dry it completely it got moldy easily. This bowl is great. It is silicone so it's smooth inside which makes it easy to clean and since most of it is exposed all the time it dries on its own and doesn't get moldy or smelly. Plus it barely takes up any space in my backpack.

Our Pets Big Dog Feeder 16-Inch Review

(More customer reviews)I had this model for my great danes. The tray on top gathered a lot of pet hair and food crumbs and needed to be cleaned often. The grossest part was under the bowls. Slobbery water will spill under the water bowl and you will have to clean it daily or it will get really gross. Don't fill the legs with water (it says to use either water or sand) because the legs are easy to come off and you don't want the water to spill on the floor. I guess you wouldn't want to spill sand either :) It's not a big issue until you need to move it. Overall, I'd recommend getting the heavy wire ones with the rubber stoppers on the feet. That has worked the best for my dogs.

Replacement Ice Pack for the C-20 and C-50 Ani Mate Small Dog/Cat Feeders Review

(More customer reviews)When I tried to use this ice pack in my C-20 feeder, it seemed to be too big by less than a quarter inch. I contacted the sellers who told me I had a slightly older version of the C-20 which is why it didn't work. They were very apologetic and offered a refund. Because I found no alternative products, I threw the ice packs in the freezer and decided to give it one more shot. To my amazement, when frozen, the ice packs expanded in such a way that they actually fit into the feeder with just a little push. Now that they're working, I love the two I own and plan to buy more.
