My two papillons absolutely love Instinct dry dog food. Grain free and high in protein and all natural ingredients. How can you go wrong?
I rotate my dogs among the different varieties.

I put Joey, our little poodle, on this food over a week ago and he is doing great on it. He has a very sensitive stomach, but he was able to be completely on it after only 2 days. He has been on a good quality canned food, Tiki and Wellness, so that does make a difference. When you use the better foods, there just doesn't seem to be much of an adjustment period. At least that is what we have found which makes it so easy to rotate foods for variety. If he would have been on a food that is mainly corn and grain, I'm sure the story would have been much different. Anyway, he loves and does well on all the flavors we have tried - salmon, duck and rabbit. I love the pieces of the rabbit kibble. They seem a little bigger than the other 2 and are great for little snacks throughout the day. Also, if you put your dog on this, make sure to keep track of their weight. For Joey, who is only 12 pounds, it said to give him about 3/4 cup a day and that sounded like too much so I took it down to 2/3 cup. Within 3 days, he had gained 3 ounces, so I backed it off to 1/2 cup plus his snacks and it is just right. I love that the protein, fat and carbs and so balanced. The protein and fat are almost the same as his canned Wellness duck food, and the carbs are actually lower which is surprising in is a dry food. He is doing great on it and loving it all at the same time which make it a definite winner! Oh, he also gets one of the rabbit, apple and ginger treats - 1/2 in the morning after his grooming and 1/2 at night before bed and loves those too which are a great compliment to this food.

So far so good with this food for our little "tummy challenged" poodle. I have found in the past when trying to find food that he could eat, that if it clicks in the beginning it is a keeper. Other things, like lamb and chicken products and anything with grains didn't work at the beginning no matter how slowly I gave it to him. If it works, it works right from the start. At least that's how it has worked for us. He loves this food and we are up to feeding half and half in only 2 days. I also got him the salmon and rabbit varieties that I think will also be winners. Love the ingredient list...wholesome and real. Just what my dog needs.
