(More customer reviews)I just bought this food for my dogs last week and I absolutely LOVE the results! The switch was amazing, no loose stools, no upset stomach's, etc. (you always want to do a gradual switch changing dog food). I have several Boston Terriers and one Siberian Husky. I have a long wish list to meet everyone's needs in my household and this one product fits them all and then some. It is a fish based food for my allergy dogs, BUT it isn't screaming with high k/cal's per cup like other salmon/fish based foods. So this helps my one Boston that has a hard time with her metabolism and needs to lose some weight. Same Boston, has extreme allergy issues and fish based food has helped her greatly. This is the lowest calorie fish food I have found so far (I have read many bags!). Also, another Boston of mine can't have Chicken. If you do your research, a lot of Salmon/fish foods still list chicken meal or chicken by products #5 or so in their ingredients on the back of the bag. They won't mention it on the front, so read the ingredient listings. Packaging says it's high quality, low fat protein. Which is exactly what I have been searching for. This product is free of chicken or poultry by-product meals, corn, wheat, soy, artificial flavors, colors and preservatives. Not only that, my dogs absolutely love this food. They inhale it. My Boston Rocky is a picky eater and he's loving it and cleaning his bowl. We're using the BLUE Longevity(tm) for Mature Dogs, there is also a Puppy and Adult version. I am a certified vet tech and I will definitely be telling clients about this wonderful food. Best part, it is available at Petsmart and Petco which is so convenient. We'd been going to specialty or feed stores for our foods before. Finally, the perfect food for ALL my dogs covering allergies, weight loss, joint care, palatable and holistic. Love it. You can't go wrong here. Only con: 24 lb bag is the largest size. Just watch for sales and buy 2 at a time. On sale at Petsmart it was $42.99 recently. Totally worth the money.
