(More customer reviews)The vet says ceramic, glass or stainless. Since steel is the only unbreakable I had to live with noise and sliding around the floor. Not any more. This rubber bottom and double wall stainless bowl is quiet and stationary. The dish washer smeared the design a little but I don't care. It's perfect. I have 4 of them.
