(More customer reviews)I hesitated to start my little poodle on this food because of the fish and the normal concerns of mercury and sodium. I contacted the company that makes it though, and my fears were put to rest. Mercury with the fish varieties is not a concern because of the way they catch the fish. The sodium isn't either because of how it is processed which makes my little Joey very happy. I alternate the fish varieties with the chicken ones and he loves them all! He has a sensitive system, but does very well on every variety I have tried. I will continue to feed him this food as long as it is made the way it is now.
