(More customer reviews)I typically feed my birds a pelleted diet supplemented with fresh fruits and veggies but I am a firm believer in adding variety to their diets and mimicking what they would eat in nature. I first saw this bird food advertised in a magazine and was intrigued by the claims of seeds, nuts, fruits, bee pollen and herbs and thought this would be a good addition to my birds' diet. I have bought all four varieties (Celestial, Ti'kal, Veracruz, and Yucatan) and feed them to my parrots every few days, mixing up their normal routine. These foods have different textures, unsulfured fruits, no added dyes or chemicals and the birds love it! I keep the bags in my fridge to avoid bugs (seeds and dried beans can sometimes get pests) and with 6 parrots it still takes me about 4 months to go through all the bags. The verdict: Two wings up!!
