(More customer reviews)I received in a timely manner. This is a sturdy heavy cloth material with index cards and a variety pre-typed labels to attach. Dark black color with texture, fabric is a little stiff when you receive it, but after using for some time it has loosened up. The Velcro closure works well as I open and close this a lot. Have been satisfied with my purchase.
