(More customer reviews)Our Nanday Conure sure likes this food. She ate only seed mixture the first 16 years of her life, and was getting fat. We switched her to this stuff, per vet recommendation. Surprisingly, she took right to it. I expected her to balk, but she willingly ate this stuff. After 3 years on this, she's lost weight, too. Now the vet says she's a bit thin, and could stand some fattening up.
I think the mess is a bit less. There's no seed shells on the floor around the cage. There's some dust produced as she crunches up the food, but its not as bad as seed shells. No noticeable difference in what comes out the tail end of the bird.
