(More customer reviews)I ordered two of these and have had them for less than a month. My 6 mth old 60 pd German Shepherd puppy has broken the wires that hold the cups into place. These were great until he kept taking his paw and "wacking" the cups over and over, until the wire's broke. The brackets and everything were in place just the wire where it was connected to the bracket broke at the connection point. My dog is very active in his kennel, so for that reason I still give this product 5 stars. Please be mindful if you have a very active strong animal that these are not built to take that kind of abuse and just save $5 and buy the steel cups alone. This product didn't work out for me. But, for it's intended purpose and for a more docile animal these would be great!
