(More customer reviews)When our new dining room set was delivered and set up, it smelled SO horrible from the varnish they used, we had to move the entire set into our garage for over a MONTH so the chemical smell could outgas. When after a month in the garage, the smell was not going away, we started making phone calls and researching online, what we could do to get the smell out. The furniture company said we could return it, as others had done so as well with the same complaint, but we really wanted to keep it. We tried EVERYTHING natural (we don't use chemicals) that we could think of; vinegar, baking soda, charcoal, coffee grounds, zeolite, etc., and nothing worked at all! I was heart broken thinking we may have to return it afer all, when I came across this product on the internet. I ordered it and IT WORKED WONDERFULLY! I used it two different times (two spray coats each time) and today, we are moving the dining room set into the house! Thank God! I cannot say enough about this product. I am SUPER smell sensitive, and chemicals bother me too. This product did not bother me at all. I used it in the garage with plenty of ventilation, but I didn't notice ANY smell or problems when I used it. I'm going to use this for everything I can think of that smells (including myself after people wearing perfume hug me). Plus, I'm telling others I work with that are smell, perfume, and chemical sensitive, to give this a try. With more people getting perfume, chemical, and smell sensitive, this is truly a life saver!
