(More customer reviews)This is the second feeder I've purchased. The first one broke within a few weeks. The bottom of the spout broke in half. I continued to use it, but it dropped more food than I wanted. Eventually, the timer stopped working, so I ordered another. So far,this one has been working fine. My only suggestion is watch how big the pet food pellets are. If they are as big as a marble, it may break part of the spout off. I went to smaller pet food and haven't had any trouble. It is a great idea that will feed your pet while you are gone all day and also would help control how much food your pet eats if it needs to be on a weight lose program.
