(More customer reviews)I saw the two existing one-star reviews and ordered a bottle anyway, hoping my pigs would be the exceptions. Unfortunately the two previous reviewers were spot-on. My guinea pigs come running when they hear the bottle rattle, thinking they're getting the former version, GTN-50C, then I offer them the new Oxbow Daily C. They take the tablets, then spit them out immediately, and look at me with such a look of disappointment and betrayal!
10 minutes later, I look back in the cage, and the tablets are still there, untouched.
Oxbow did a huge disservice in reformulating a well-liked product, their GTN-50C. Unfortunately we're most of the way through our last jar of the older version, and now are trying to figure out what to do once it's gone. BOO OXBOW!!!
October 2009 update: I'm bumping my rating up to two stars because after 3 months of trying, *some* of my animals have learned to like the new variety. One, however, still won't touch it. Why do companies insist on ruining good products by "improving" them???
