When I contacted PetFoodDirect they told me to ship it back (hassle) I will DO that but I promise NOT to buy any
products from them EVER again!!! Amazon you should help me with this. I am out the shipping charges and NOT happy customer at this point. As of November PetFoodDirect made good on the problem and totally took care of me. I am now a happy customer.
