Pros: totally washable (I hate soft lunchboxes/bags - they always end up smelling bad after a while)
easy to carry handle
different size, reusable containers for food (no waste! i love that)
you can change the picture on the front on the box (although I don't think i'll do this unless we are still using this in 2 years or so)
the ice pack is great. it is made to fit in so it doesn't take up extra space in the lunch box
you can order extra containers (i ordered a set of medium containers which i like. for a sandwich i use the big one that it comes with but for my preschooler I often use the two medium containers and the two small ones.
Cons: drink container is kinda lame. it sticks out a lot and is a bit silly, but not terrible if you need one. i just put the water bottle in the backpack even though I bought the drink holder. it's not easy to slide the water bottle in and out (a smaller one might be okay)
my main gripe is that the lids of the food containers don't stay on. you can't put yogurt or anything in them because it will spill
the ice pack makes it a bit heavy so i don't use it every day (mostly when I include meat in the lunch) but i guess that's unavoidable if you use any ice pack

Overall I love this box. It's a waste free lunch so i'm not contributing to the land fills. It's cute and easy to use.
